+/- i dont see many positives or negatives. For admin sits (the last question) You combine their offenses. RDMX2 +ARDMX1 = 1 DAY ban + LTAP = 3 day ban.

Third in the question below you answered "tell you so you can handle it" if they're a rank equal or greater than yours you first get proof of the rule break (Screenshot/Video) then you hand it over to a rank whom has power over the rank you're trying to punish. - If you catch another staff member the same rank or higher what do you do? tell you so you can handle it
